Earlier this summer, we were surprised to discover that two new eateries would be closing their doors in Cedar Rapids. Oak Hill Tavern and Glazed and Infused Donut Shop, which shared the building at the corner of 8th Ave and 5th St SE, announced that they were shutting down and being replaced by a familiar name, Riley’s Cafe.
