GEORGETOWN, Colo. (KKTV) – Loveland Ski Area announced they are planning to fire up their snow guns in less than a month!. Loveland Ski Area said they would begin the snowmaking process in early October. It typically takes them about two weeks of continuous snowmaking to get the mountain ready for the upcoming season.
