The City of North Charleston Cultural Arts Department will present the City’s first Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration on Friday, October 11, 2024, from 6 pm to 9 pm at the Park Circle Community Building at 4800 Park Circle, North Charleston. The inaugural family-friendly event is presented in acknowledgement of National Hispanic Heritage Month, which is recognized from September 15th to October 15th each year. Admission and parking are free.
