This system, bringing increased cloud cover from the southwest, is the preamble to the remnants of what was once known as Francine. As stated in an update by the National Weather Service, Columbus, and Cincinnati can expect “clouds to continue to increase with a few light rain showers, mainly along and south of the Ohio River late tonight into Friday.”
