PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A man from Portland was arrested in connection to the shooting and killing of 30-year-old Aaron McInnis on July 14. On Wednesday, U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Arvoni A. Hayes, 23, on an outstanding murder warrant. The warrant came from a Grand Jury indictment of Hayes.
