Floridians know that development in Florida rarely stops. Due to a growing population, more housing, retail, and office spaces are arguably needed. And it’s becoming more common for apartments to be built next to grocers. I’ve written about the Publix-anchored Shoppes at Orange Blossom, which is expected to have apartments and medical buildings near Publix. I’ve also covered a Sprouts in the Skyway Marina District, which will reportedly have 2,000 apartments. And now, 279 apartments in Boca Raton may be going up adjacent to a Publix.
