BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Marketplace announced a concert series — Concerts at The Marketplace — that will begin in October.
Organizers say every Thursday starting Oct. 3 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. there will be a free concert.
‘Feeling Gourdgeous’: Fall activities around Kern County
Here is a list of bands scheduled to perform:
- Oct. 3: All Your Favorites with LAST CALL
- Oct. 10: Shake Your Groove Thang with BOOGIE SHOOZ
- Oct. 17: Coming at you with a Taste of Flavor & Soul with THE AKOUSTIKS
- Oct. 24: Some of the Best in Classic and 90s Alternative Rock with MIXED SIGNALS
- Oct. 31: R&B and Classic Rock with LOST VINYL
- Nov. 7: Good Vibe Music with KALI SOL
- Nov. 14: Modern Rock and a Side of Country with THE FIELD
- Nov. 21: Peace Through Oldies with THEE MAJESTICS
Concerts are subject to change or cancellation.
Organizers say due to demand seating may not be available but personal lawn chairs will be allowed in designated areas.
