The 3rd Annual Minnesota Oktoberfest is set to take over Delano Central Park next week, promising a Bavarian cultural celebration for the entire family. The annual event, which started as a small festival outside the former Lupine Brewery in downtown Delano, has grown into a two-day event of German heritage that’s expected to draw thousands of visitors from across the metro area.
