SURFSIDE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – The Surfside Beach Police Department said two people are facing charges after a months-long investigation of a local dispensary. Authorities said 46-year-old Jason Papotto and 45-year-old Sabrena Papotto are each charged with distribution of marijuana and distribution of marijuana in proximity to a school or park.
