Murrells Inlet Powerball ticket 1 of 3 unclaimed winners set to expire in South Carolina

MURRELLS INLET, S.C. (WBTW) — There is only one week left for three South Carolina Powerball winners to collect their prizes from a drawing in March.

One of the unclaimed tickets was a $50,000 winner from Murrells Inlet. It was sold at a Refuel on Highway 17. Another $50,000 winner was sold on Beech Island at Mo’s Convenience and Tobacco Store, and a $100,000 winner was sold at Country Store in Fort Mill.

The tickets were bought for a Powerball drawing on March 23. The winners have 180 days to claim their prizes. The winning numbers were 6, 23, 25, 34, 51, and Powerball 3. The PowerPlay multiplier was 2. The DoublePlay numbers were 18, 24, 43, 46, 47, and Powerball 11.

The winning tickets must be claimed in person at the Columbia Claims Center before 4 p.m. on Thursday. If mailed, the envelope must be postmarked by that date.

If the prizes are not claimed, the winnings will be deposited in a South Carolina Education Lottery account to support educational programs in the state.
