After years of legal disputes and unpaid contractors, the land containing a partially constructed project near Meridian City Hall could go into foreclosure. Union 93 was proposed as a large mixed-use project with 360 residential units, retail, and office space. As previously reported by BoiseDev, the project stalled in December 2022. At the time, developers said the construction halt was to change out a crane and work would soon resume. It didn’t.
