ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Two people have been charged in connection to an August murder, according to the Albuquerque Police Department. Police say Guillermo Muñoz Delgado, 29, is accused of fatally shooting 19-year-old Christian Aragon.
Muñoz Delgado is charged with an open count of murder with a firearm enhancement, three charges of kidnapping, three charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and tampering with evidence. Trinasha McDaniel, 34, has been charged for kidnapping and tampering with evidence.

According to police, witnesses told detectives the dispute started the morning of August 24 when Aragon and his friends were at a smoke shop in southeast Albuquerque. Police say the group of teens were hanging outside the shop and noticed McDanile arrive with an ATV.
