PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (CBS12) – A rift is brewing between the city of Port St. Lucie leaders and the St. Lucie County Commission. In a letter to her city’s residents, Port St. Lucie Mayor Shannon Martin warns that if the county continues to approve new developments, it could lead to trouble for the city.
