ALEXANDRIA, La. (KALB) – Louisiana may be no stranger to frequent hurricanes, but knowing where one will hit and how strong it will be can be a frustrating challenge for many. Hurricanes may intensify or weaken dramatically before they make landfall which can make predicting them difficult -even for an experienced meteorologist.
