At about 5:15 PM, on Thursday, September 12, 2024, officers assigned to District B-3 (Mattapan) arrested two 15-year-old Juvenile males, on multiple firearm charges. Officers responded to the area of 54 Armandine Street for a report of a kidnapping. Upon arrival, officers were advised that three males kidnapped a juvenile male at gunpoint after an argument over a scooter.
