FRANKFORT, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — The Kentucky Bourbon Trail is set to host the first-ever Worldwide Toast to Kentucky Bourbon.
September marks Bourbon Heritage Month and the 25th anniversary of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail.

The Sept. 17 celebration encourages bourbon lovers from around the globe to “raise a glass to America’s Spirit.”
The toast will take place virtually to bring people together to celebrate Kentucky Bourbon and honor people around the world for making Kentucky Bourbon the global success it is today,” the Kentucky Bourbon Trail said.

How to participate in the toast
There are two ways to join the global toast on Sept. 17:
- “Toast and Post”: Take a photo or video of your toast, post it on social media using the official hashtag, #WorldBourbonToast, and tag the Kentucky Bourbon Trail.
- Join the live stream: Tune in to the live stream at 4 p.m. in your area time zone on WorldBourbonToast.com and share a toast with others in real time. The livestream will feature a new toast every hour, on the hour.
