CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT)-The Chesterfield County Police Department has released details about an arrest that was featured in a Facebook video. Police say on Thursday, Sept. 12, around 8 p.m., an officer saw the driver of a white SUV make an illegal right turn on red from I-95 north to Willis Road.
