JASPER COUNTY, Mo. (KOAM) – About 4:15 a.m. Friday Jasper County Deputies were alerted of a shooting that took place on West 7th about 1/4 miles east of the Kansas state line.
“An individual driving eastbound on Seventh Street, pulled alongside another vehicle and began firing a handgun at them. The passenger in the vehicle was struck by a bullet and subsequently taken to the hospital.”
