Two Ocala hotels were sold this week in separate transactions that totaled just under $22.5 million, just weeks after another local hotel sold for nearly $10 million. According to deeds filed with the Marion County Clerk of Court, the Courtyard hotel located at 3712 SW 38th Avenue and the Residence Inn located at 3610 SW 38th Avenue were sold on Tuesday, September 10.
