CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Faye Rennell Morales, formerly Faye Hobson, has announced her candidacy for City Council, Ward 8. Morales, who previously ran for the council in 2020, was born and raised in West Monroe, Louisiana. She is married to retired Army veteran Franklin Morales. By way of the military, she joined her husband at Fort Campbell in 2002, and in 2005 they purchased a home in Bluegrass Downs, a subdivision in Ward 8. Through their paralegal business, her husband serves as a Spanish interpreter, and she said they provide free notary services to disabled residents of Ward 8. She has one daughter and two grandsons.
