SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane County deputies arrested three people on Tuesday for stealing a U-Haul. According to a press release from the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, deputies received a report of a stolen U-Haul van around 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday. They located the van in the parking lot of a Safeway on West Francis Avenue.
