SPOKANE, Wash. – The Volume Inlander Music Fest is making a splash in Downtown Spokane!. The two-day 21+ music festival is taking over 10 bars around downtown starting Friday, Sept. 13. The festival features over 100 artists and bands in what event organizers are calling “a music festival for all.”
