SAVANNAH, Ga. – The daughter of a Savannah shooting victim has filed a lawsuit against the businesses where her father, a Master Segeant in the Marines, was killed. The girl and her mother have teamed up with Attorney Mark Tate. Their goal is to ensure businesses like the ones on Whitaker and Congress Streets make sure they’re secure enough for their patrons.
