To get your hands on traditional Lao food, it’s not easy in Wichita. Fortunately, a new restaurant called Bella’s Lao Beef Jerky & Cafe is opening soon in town. It will be the only dedicated Lao restaurant in the city. Yes, there are some grocery stores and other Asian restaurants that have limited Lao options, but nothing 100% dedicated to this cuisine.
