SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KTIV) – Starting next week FEMA Disaster Recovery Centers in South Dakota are changing hours of operation. On Monday, Sept. 16, the updated hours of operations are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from noon to 4 p.m., and closed on Sundays.
