Republicans hold ‘Protect the Vote’ meeting in Raleigh amid efforts to recruit polling place volunteers

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – With just 52 days to the election, the Republican Party is making its rounds across the country to enlist poll volunteers. Raleigh became the latest stop on the “Protect the Vote” traveling bus tour Saturday morning. Host of the event, RNC chairman Michael Whatley, addressed an eager crowd at the North Carolina GOP headquarters.
