TRI-CITIES, Wash. – Two government agencies and two grocery chains have teamed up to combat littering. The Washington State Department of Ecology, Washington State Patrol (WSP) and two grocery store chains are all teaming up to help raise awareness about the 38 million pounds of trash that are dropped on Washington roadways each year.
