MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Memphis Police (MPD) investigates a crash in East Memphis, police say. Officers responded to a two-car crash on Winchester and Kirby just before 3:30 a.m. Sunday morning. Two victims were found at the scene. One was pronounced dead and the other was transferred to a hospital in non-critical condition, according to police.
