Readers respond: Violence is not free speech

We must act. All Oregonians, regardless of ideology, party or perspective must come together as one community against the expanding pseudo-tolerance of violence that is masked as speech or protest. All actions that harm or potentially could cause significant harm to our people or places are not legitimate political rhetoric, (“Anarchists claim responsibility for fire set at railroad trestle in Milwaukie,” Sept. 5).
