ARLINGTON, Va. (7News) – The search is on for four people who allegedly robbed a person at gunpoint before shooting them and taking off with stolen property. 7News spoke to a bystander who dodged that bullet in a matter of seconds. 7News also obtained exclusive footage of the armed robbery from inside a nearby coffee shop.
