WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF) – Leaves are beginning to change all across America, how will the drought and excessive heat impact our Fall Foliage for the 2024 calendar year?
Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania have record-setting drought conditions to close out the summer of 2024. There has never been another drought of this extreme since the drought monitor went into place back in the year 2000. This will impact the vibrancy of our fall leaves making more of a dull foliage.
