Police search for missing teen in southeast Bakersfield

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Police are asking the community to help locate a missing person in southeast Bakersfield.

Hector Palacios, a 13-year-old from Bakersfield, was last seen Sept. 13th in the 200 block of Clifton Street. Palacios went missing around 5 p.m. on Friday and is considered at-risk due to this being his first time going missing, according to police.

Palacios is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. He has black hair and black eyes. Police say he was wearing a black beanie, black sweatshirt and black pants at the time of his disappearance.
