GRANT COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) – An Indiana State Police (ISP) officer says a Texas man is now facing charges after a weekend traffic stop in Marion led to a drug bust. ISP Public Information Officer Steven Glass says Trooper Titus stopped a car along Tippy Drive in Marion around 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14.
