HARVARD PARK – A 66-year-old man was shot to death Sunday in the Harvard Park neighborhood of South Los Angeles and a 60-year-old man was taken into custody as the suspect. The shooting was reported at 4:51 p.m. Sunday in the 1700 block of West 62nd Street, near Harvard Park, according to Los Angeles Police Department Officer Norma Eisenman.
