ARLINGTON, Va. (7News) – Clouds build in Monday ahead of rain chances beginning later in the week with temperatures falling slightly below average in the upper 70s. It will also be a cloudy night in store, but still dry. Temperatures will also remain a bit milder with the cloud cover blanketing the region.
