Roughly eight times as many Democrats as Republicans have already voted in advance of Wednesday’s special election for Congress in New Jersey’s 10th district, where Democrat LaMonica McIver, Republican Carmen Bucco, and two independents are vying for the unexpired term of the late Rep. Donald Payne, Jr. (D-Newark).
