ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – A local dentist is going above and beyond to ensure all children in Rockford Public Schools have access to vital dental care. Dr. Cyrus Oates is one of two dentists who lead the school-based oral health program in Rockford Public Schools, providing free exams, cleanings, and fluoride treatments for students on public aid.
