The city of Lake Oswego welcomed dancers, musicians, artists and more from a blend of cultures to Millennium Plaza Park for the annual Cultural Xchange Sunday, Sept. 15 at Millennium Plaza Park.
The event featured 10 performances from groups like White Lotus Dragon and Dance, Mariachi Mexico En La Piel and Bloco Algeria, as well as participation from organizations like the Peruvian Cultural Organization and Kiss of Polynesia. Vendors served food like churros, pho and dumplings. Local groups like Respond to Racism and the Lake Oswego Chinese Council also joined the celebration.
