The family behind Lindey’s Restaurant & Bar in German Village is bringing a taste of Italy to Easton Town Center. Bar Italia is expected to open in 2025 at Easton, located across the street from Del Mar at 4089 The Strand East. The Italian eatery is a collaboration between Steiner + Associates and NCR Ventures, a restaurant group owned by Rick Doody.
