BOULDER, Colo. – A man who is charged with attacking Boulder City Councilwoman Tara Winer now faces 17 additional charges. Chase Raskin, 26, is accused of attacking Winer and two others when they were attending the grand opening of Nana’s Dim Sum, a new restaurant on The Hill, on Sept. 6.
