ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – St. Louis City is taking another step to increase affordable housing inside the city limits. The Community Development Administration announced several grants for projects on Tuesday. One of the projects involves turning Baden School, which is closed, into 51 affordable units. It is among 22 projects, part of a grant worth more than $17 million.
