AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Keep Amarillo Clean, a community service organization, announced it will host a Woodlands Neighborhood Cleanup on Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon.
According to officials with Keep Amarillo Clean, the meeting point for volunteers will be the Tractor Supply parking lot. Bags, gloves and grabbing sticks will be provided.
Officials noted that students can log the time as community service hours.
Cleanup areas include:
- The lot in front of Lowes
- The lot behind Chicken Express
- The lot between Tractor Supply and Plum Creek Apartments
- The lot between Encounter Church and Plum Creek Apartments
