DADE COUNTY, Ga. – 43-year-old Amy Ruby of Dade County may not be who you imagine when you think of lives lost to the fentanyl crisis. She is just one face on the six billboards currently around Chattanooga, facilitated by the non-profit Association of People Against Lethal Drugs (APALD).
