VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Early voting begins Friday, September 20, in the Commonwealth, and the Virginia Beach Elections and General Registrar wants voters to be prepared. “We’re very prepared,” said Christine Lewis, the Director of Elections and General Registrar. “We will do our logic and accuracy testing and will test all the units for early voting and then we start voting on Friday at 8 a.m.”
