WASHINGTON (7News) – A 15-year-old boy is facing charges in connection with a robbery that occurred in Northwest D.C. on Saturday, September 14, according to Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) officials. Officers responded to the 1300 block of Irving Street, Northwest around 4:30 p.m. for a reported robbery, officials said.
