Unsolved TN: 3 Clarksville cold cases go multiple decades without answers

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The month of September marks another year without answers in three cold case homicides out of Clarksville.

It’s been close to two decades since a Fort Cambell soldier was murdered outside a local nightspot, and nearly three decades since two other men were killed under suspicious circumstances.

However, in each case, detectives are still working to identify the people responsible. All three cases are among a handful of unsolved murders in which tipsters could be eligible for a reward of up to $10,000.

Deadly Murfreesboro armed robbery remains unsolved 4 years later

Earlier this year, the Clarksville-Montgomery County Crime Stoppers Board unanimously voted to increase the cash reward amount in unsolved homicides that occurred in or before 2018.

In order to be eligible for the reward, the information provided must lead to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the crime.

Below are just some of the cases still under investigation and any known information about the circumstances surrounding the murders.
