An Elkton man was charged with trafficking drugs after a traffic stop on East 9th Street in Hopkinsville Saturday night. Hopkinsville Police say they stopped an SUV driven by 38-year-old Scott Blake due to his muffler, and during the stop, a bag of marijuana could be seen in the center console.
