Two people were arrested after allegedly being found passed out in a crashed vehicle with narcotics in their possession. According to a press release by the Healdsburg Police Department, officers responded in the early morning hours of Sept. 7 to a report of a vehicle crash at First and Piper streets. According to authorities, the vehicle had struck a curb, and loud music was playing from inside.
