On September 12, investigators conducting an operation around Second Avenue and 115th Street observed what police believed to be an illegal drug sale near a parked car in the area. Officers executed a traffic stop on the vehicle, and as a result, one of the car’s passengers, identified as Davis, was allegedly found with various forms and quantities of cocaine and fentanyl.

Further investigation revealed that Davis was wanted by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office for several arrest warrants, and that he had reportedly been arrested 10 days before by the New York City Police Department for other drug charges. Davis was taken into custody and charged with four counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug.
