Porch Fest entered it’s fifth year on Spring Street and drew hundreds of locals to listen to 15 artists up and down the street. Not far from Saratoga Performing Arts Center, which draws tens of thousands of concertgoers, a smaller festival took center stage over the weekend. Saratoga Springs’ fifth annual Porch Fest was a celebration of good music and better company.
